Information on Ordering Magnetite Black Sand for
Use in Magnetite Ormus Effect Water (MEOW)
Treatment Kettles from Gregg Crocco

ver. 1.3.1

last revision date: 08/03/2008

The image above shows a magnetite black sand which has been hand-harvested in arroyos of the Sandia Mountains in New Mexico by Gregg Crocco (his contact information appears later on this page) and then subjected to three stages of particulate-size screening using sieves (aka classifiers) and three stages of magnetic separation to yield a 97%+ purity magnetite sand; Gregg calls this type SCBS sand, and it is the primary type of magnetite sand which he markets to researchers. The average particle size of the type SCBS sand shown in the image is between 20 and 80 mesh, equivalent to a medium grain size.

The image shown above is a glimpse of an exotic type of magnetite sand harvested by Gregg Crocco from mine tailings located at an old mine in New Mexico; he calls this type MPO. Note the dark grayish-black color, with just a bit of brown, and the very small particle size, much smaller than in his type SCBS sand shown earlier. The fine particle size of the type MPO sand makes it behave like a fine blackish powder. Gregg also markets this sand on occasion, but at a higher price than the type SCBS sand.

Excellent Magnetite Black Sand for Use in MEOW Kettles Available from Gregg Crocco
Gregg Crocco, who is a retired chemical engineer and also an active ormus researcher and alchemy researcher, and a close friend and colleague of Dr. John V. Milewski (who built some of the first traditional-type MEOW kettles and reported on the beneficial effects which he observed as far back as 2003), offers for sale some locally-harvested magnetite black sand which I (and others) feel is of very good quality for use in MEOW-type devices. The primary magnetite black sand which he offers from his harvesting operations in arroyos of the Sandia Mountains outside of Albuquerque, NM (USA) is what he calls type SCBS sand, and it ranks a score of 100 on the first axis of my relative MREOW scale.

Ordering Sand from Gregg
Since Gregg does not currently have access to web hosting services, as a public service to the ormus research and alchemy research communities, I (Vinny)  have offered Gregg this webpage space on my website to offer details on his product offerings and how to order magnetite sand from him via the web; that information may be found below.

(Note from Vinny: all information in the section below is drawn from information received from Gregg Crocco. If you have any questions about Gregg's products or his offerings, please contact Gregg directly. I offer a copy here of Gregg's offerings merely as a public service to the magnetite/MEOW research community and to the alchemy research community. I offer this listing as a public service only and have no responsibility for any products or sales or other transactions between purchasers and the vendor listed.)

Information from Gregg Crocco follows:

I (Gregg Crocco) have hand-harvested magnetite black sand of at least 95% purity for sale. I harvest it locally in the Sandia Mountains in New Mexico; we call it type SCBS, for Sandia Canyon Black Sand. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, this SCBS is the only type of magnetite black sand which we normally offer for sale, and all prices below reflect only pricing for this type SCBS black sand.

Pricing appears below:

  • 50 pound batch -- I (Gregg) offer a starter kit of 50 pounds at $5 per pound, that's $250 for product plus $1 per pound for S&H (within domestic USA), which totals $300 for domestic USA orders. This will make 6 cardboard oatmeal can units using about 8 pounds per unit.
  • 25 pound batch -- I offer 25 pound batches of magnetite for $175 including S&H (price for domestic USA only). This will make about 3 cardboard oatmeal can units using about 8 pounds per unit.
  • 10 pound batch -- I offer 10 pound batches of magnetite for $100 including S&H (price for domestic USA only)
  • 5 pound batch -- I offer 5 pound quantities for $60 including S&H (price for domestic USA only).
  • for shipping and handling charges to countries outside the USA, please contact me (Gregg Crocco) directly via email or phone (listed below.)

I accept payment via Paypal, money order, check, Moneygram or Western Union funds transfer. All orders shipped only when payment funds have cleared and become available.

To order, send your order via email to aufrom0@hotmail.com and send your Paypal payment to the same email address (aufrom0@hotmail.com) or call me (Gregg Crocco) at 505-856-6259, or send your mail order to me:

The type of magnetite sand available most commonly from me is Type SCBS. Other types of magnetite black sand, such as type MPO and type MG (aka MGo, MG-2 and MG-4), may also be available at times, but at prices from 20% to 60% higher than pricing for the type SCBS magnetite black sand. Please contact me (Gregg Crocco) if interested to obtain exact pricing and availability information.

Note from Vinny: If you have any questions about Gregg's offering of magnetite sand, please contact Gregg directly. Gregg's offer is reproduced on this page merely as a service to the magnetite/MEOW research community and the alchemy research community.

A Note About Gregg's Magnetite Black Sand and Pricing
Some folks have asked me why the hand-harvested magnetite black sand sold by Gregg Crocco (and earlier by John Milewski), and also by other vendors who target the MEOW market, sells for what seems to them to be a slightly expensive price. The answer to that question is manifold and the most salient reasons are as follows:
  • First, it appears to me (and to other researchers) that there is a marked difference in magnitude and type of effects across different types of magnetite black sand.

  • I feel that the magnetite black sands offered by Gregg offer the very beneficial effects, and thus these sands are worth the price.

  • No one is forcing you to purchase magnetite black sand from Gregg (nor from any of the other vendors who offer such wild-harvested sand); you are free to procure it from whatever source you wish, including harvesting it yourself from sand bars in canyons, creeks or arroyos, or from the black sand bands found on beaches of the Great Lakes, or even via midnight clandestine purchases from space aliens.

  • The primary type of magnetite black sand offered by Gregg is one that he harvests by hand from arroyos in the Sandia Mountains near his home; he and I calls this type SCBS sand, where SCBS stands for "Sandia Canyon Black Sand". It is back-breaking work for him to harvest this sand: he first harvests "rough" dirty sand from deposits in the arroyo and carries large bags of this sand to his car for transport to his shop and lab. Once at his shop, he puts the material through a three stage screening and filtering process to refine it down to only fine-grained dark black sand of the desired particle size. He then subjects every bit of this remaining black sand to three separate successive stages of magnetic separation to remove the non-magnetite components and to achieve at least 95% purity of the magnetite sand. This is very labor-intensive work and it is also very physically demanding. To me, the price which Gregg charges is more than fair and appropriate, and, if anything, I feel that he likely undercharges.
Additional Types of Magnetite Resulting from Gregg's Research on Magnetite Sand Sources
Gregg's colleague and friend John Milewski has, over the years, developed several additional sources for rather different types of magnetite black sand, all collected from the wild, and I have had the opportunity to test samples of two of the most promising "new" types of magnetite sand, and I am very impressed with both. There is a good chance that Gregg will be able to offer both types; their "names" are type MPO and type MG; each tests even higher than the type SCBS on my relative scale of power and effectiveness for use in MEOW devices. If and when these latter two types of magnetite sand become available to Gregg in quantities large enough to offer for sale, they will each likely be offered for a price about 20% to 40% higher than the price which he currently charges for type SCBS sand (above.)

An E-Mail List Group on Magnetite Effect Ormus Water (MEOW) Treatment Technologies

In early 2007, in light of the interest expressed by many researchers and experimenters in these magnetite effect ormus water (MEOW) technologies, I started an e-mail list group at Yahoo Groups devoted to this topic so that interested persons may discuss these technologies and their experiences and experiments with them. The shorthand name for the list group is Ormus-PWT (which is shorthand for "ormus and physical water treatment".) The home page for the list group may be found at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ormus-PWT
or you may subscribe by sending an email to Ormus-PWT-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
E-mail List Group Devoted to "Non-traditional" Ormus-Like Technologies

In mid-2007, I started an email list group at Yahoo Groups devoted to the "non-traditional" ormus-like, aka "soft ormus", technologies discussed on this page and on this website, that is, technologies which do not employ the traditional "White Gold" alchemy methods, which are primarily the methods from the realms of inorganic chemistry which include fire, distillation, acids, bases and strong oxidizers. The name of the non-traditional ormus-like list group is "ormus-like". If you are interested in joining this list group, you may do so by either visiting the list group home page at Yahoo Groups or to subscribe to this list group via email, send an email to:
